Biography Rosemary S. Chambe of Tanzania graduated from the University of Dar es Salaam, where she obtained a Bachelor's of Education degree specializing in adult education. She also persued a Postgraduate diploma at Napier University in Edinburgh, Scotland where she studied administrative management, information management, systems development and financial services and operations. Presently, she works with CARE Tanzania as a Field officer in the Basic Education Fellowship Program. The main objectives of the project are to: i. To increase access to basic education. ii.To improve quality of basic education. Previously, she worked with a project called Women Back to Work as a course coordinator to the ethnic minorities in Edinburgh. This project was jointly managed by the Edinburgh University and Edinburgh district council. She has also worked with a regional reseach institution, Eastern and Southern University Research Program (ESAURP), as a researcher at the secretariat office in Dar es Salaam. She was mainly concerned with education and women and development issues. Most recently, she worked at the Institute of Adult Education in Dar
