Biography

Zhang Tao is on the staff of the International Research and Training Center for Rural Education for UNESCO (INRULED) at Hebei Agricultural University. He just graduated from Hebei Normal University in 1995 and received his B.A from the English Department of this university located in Shijiazhuan, capital of Hebei Province. From 1995-1996, he worked for INRULED engaged in the field of rural education and was responsible for program formulation and implementation and other activities. From 1997 to the present, he has worked for the Chinese National Commission for UNESCO in Beijing and is responsible for some general affairs. He is very interested in rural education in China and all over the world.
