Tracy Kerr

Biography

Tracy Kerr is the International Coordinator at ILI, responsible for organizing training programs, conferences and all other ILI activities. Before coming to Philadelphia, she worked designing academic development programs for disadvantaged students entering university in South Africa. Prior to that she taught English as an additional language in Cambodia and Taiwan. Tracy has a BA in Journalism from George Mason University and a Master of Fine Arts in Fiction Writing from the University of Virginia. In Fall 1998, she enters the Reading/Writing/Literacy program at the University of Pennsylvania's Graduate School of Education to pursue her interests in materials and curriculum development for alternative education programs.
