Workshop on Project Development (S28)

This workshop will utilize the APPEAL Manual for Planning and Management of Literacy and Continuing Education. A short presentation will be made at the beginning of this session to gain an understanding of the entire cycle of literacy and continuing education projects regarding planning, management, monitoring and evaluation. After the introduction about the project cycle and project formulation, participants will prepare project proposals as a practical group exercise, utilizing basic data which will be prepared for this exercise. Each group will share the outcome of their work with other participants.
